Why does Dropbox Sign keep logging me into the wrong Gmail account?

This is most likely because you're using a Dropbox Sign for Gmail add-on. Our system automatically creates a new account for every Gmail address you log into using Chrome or Firefox because you installed the Gmail extension on your browser, not on the specific email account.

Where it gets tricky is that you'll need to use Google Login to log into both accounts. Which means that you'll only be able to log into the Dropbox Sign account that corresponds to the email you're logged into Gmail with.

Since that can be sort of confusing, we recommend resetting your password on one account so that you use your email/password to access one and Google Login to access the other.

You can also reset both passwords so you're always sure what account you're logging into.

You could delete one of the accounts, but you will just create it again when you log into that Gmail account using Chrome. So if you use multiple Gmail accounts on Chrome, taking one of our recommendations above is your best bet.
