How do I view the billing history on my Dropbox Business account?

If you're the team admin of a Dropbox Business account, you can view your billing history in the admin console:

  1. Sign in to with your admin account.
  2. Click Admin Console.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Click Billing history.

In Billing history, you'll see all of the transactions for the team, with the most recent appearing at the top of the list.


  • There will be two different types of links listed: receipts, and invoices. To see a specific transaction invoice or receipt, click the appropriate link.
  • If you pay by manual invoice, you will not have a Billing tab. Instead, you'll receive an invoice directly from our billing team.
