How to print a Dropbox invoice or receipt

You can print a Dropbox receipt or invoice if you’re the team admin for a Dropbox Business account, or have a Professional or Plus account. 

There are two ways to print a receipt or invoice:

  1. Click to view your payments page.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document. 
  4. Click Print invoice or Print receipt.

Or, you can:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with Plus, Professional, or Business account, then:
  2. Click your profile picture or grey circle in the upper right corner. 
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the Billing tab.
  5. Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document. 
  6. Click Print invoice or Print receipt.

Not seeing an invoice or receipt? 

 If you have a Dropbox Enterprise or Education account, you won’t see a Billing page.

If you’re on a Dropbox Business team that pays by manual invoice, your team admin receives your invoices directly via email.
