How to create and customize your shop

You can set up an online storefront, called a shop, that allows you to share multiple Dropbox Shop listings in one place. When a buyer visits your shop, they’ll see any listings you’ve added to your shop and your seller info, including your username, profile picture, bio, and social media links.

How to create your shop

Before you can set up your shop, you have to create your first listing and connect a payment processor. Once you’ve done both of those things, follow the instructions below to set up your shop.

To create your shop:

1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
3. Click Shop from the menu that appears.
4. Click Customize in the right-sidebar below Design your shop.
5. Click the listings you’d like to include in your shop.
6. Click Continue.
7. Choose a custom link, background image, blur, and tint for your shop.
8. Click Continue.

How to edit the listings in your shop

You can add or remove listings from your shop at any time. 

Note: Removing a listing from your shop doesn’t delete the listing. Anyone with a direct link to that listing will still be able to view and purchase that item. Learn how to delete a listing instead.

To edit the listings in your shop:

1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
3. Click Shop from the menu that appears.
4. Click the “…” (ellipsis) below your seller name.
5. Click Edit your shop, and follow the prompts.

How to add or edit your seller info

The first time you create a listing you’ll be prompted to add your seller info. If you skipped this step or want to make changes, follow the instructions below to add or edit your seller info.

To add or edit your seller info:

1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
3. Click Shop from the menu that appears.
4. Click the “…” (ellipsis) below your seller name.
5. Click Edit Profile.
6. Add or edit your photo, name, or about section.
7. Click Save.
