How to buy on Dropbox Shop

Dropbox Shop is currently a beta experience and is subject to additional terms. If you’d like access to the Dropbox Shop beta, complete this request form. To share feedback, email support-shop@dropbox.com.

Dropbox Shop lets you to buy images, videos, audio files, documents, or text files directly from Dropbox. You don’t need a Dropbox account to buy items on Dropbox shop. However, if you’re signed into your Dropbox account when you buy an item, you’ll be able to view that transaction in your purchase history.

How to buy an item

To buy an item on Dropbox Shop:

  1. Open the link for the item you’d like to buy.
  2. Click Buy.
  3. Enter your name and email address.
  4. Enter your payment information.
  5. Click Pay
  6. Click Download content.

After purchasing, you’ll get an email with your receipt and a download link. You can click the download link to download your files at any time. 

If you’d like to contact the seller, their email address will be on the receipt.

How to view purchase history

If you’re signed into your Dropbox account when you buy an item, it will appear in your purchase history. To view your purchase history, sign in to dropbox.com and click Purchases in the left sidebar.
