The content in your showcase is split up by sections. Sections help you organize the content in your showcase, and move items around in bulk. In edit mode, sections are separated by a dotted line and labeled in the upper left corner (Section 1, Section 2, etc…).
To create a new section in a showcase, click the “+” (plus) at the top left of the showcase, and then click Insert section.
Note: You can also click the Insert section icons to the left of a section and at the bottom of a showcase.
To delete a section, click the Delete this section and its contents icon (it looks like a trash can) in the top right of the section.
To add content to a section in your showcase:
To arrange content in a section, drag-and-drop each item.
Click-and-hold the grab icon (it looks like five stacked lines) to the left of the section name (Section 1, Section 2, etc…), and then drag-and-drop the section to a new position in the showcase.
The Items per row slider (in the upper right of a section) allows you to increase and decrease the number of items per row in a section. It can also be used to:
Note: This works for files, images, and web links, but does not work for text blocks.
You can add an item to a row in three ways:
Note: You can also edit the size and position of items individually.
You can change the size and position of a group of items in your showcase, at the same time, even if they are not in the same row or the same section.
Note: This works for files, images, and web links, but does not work for text blocks.
To edit multiple items in bulk:
You can drag-and-drop any piece of content in your showcase to any new location, and then edit its size and position.
To edit the size and position of an individual item, click the item, so it’s highlighted, and then choose from the options in the toolbar.
Note: If you drag-and-drop an item into a row of items, that item will correspond to the size and position of the other items in that section, which can be edited in bulk. If you drag-and-drop the item from a row to a new area, it will correspond to whatever size and position you chose.
