Team member folders

Files saved to a Dropbox Business team folder are automatically shared with all team members who belong to the folder. If you don't want to share yet, add the file to your individual team member folder instead—this folder is for you and your own work files. And whether a file is in team folder or one of your own folders, you can customize sharing to limit who can view and edit your content.

Note: While your individual team member folders aren’t automatically shared, admins can access them through the admin console or by signing in as your account.
