Select Can view when sharing the folder. The recipient must have a Dropbox account to accept your invitation to share.
The recipient has access to the file or folder in their own Dropbox account, but they can’t edit the content.
For added security, change permissions or make the file or folder private again.
Sign in to dropbox.com.
Click My Files in the left column.
Hover over the file or folder you’d like to share.
After To, type the email or name of the person (or people) you’d like to share with.
If you’re sharing a folder, you can control how people interact with your files. To do so, select Can edit or Can view from the dropdown menu on the right.
Click Share. Recipients will then receive an email with a link to the file or folder.
The mobile app
Navigate to the file or folder you want to share.
Tap “…” (ellipsis).
Tap Create a link.
If a link was already created for this file or folder, tap Share next to Anyone with the link can view.
Select the way you'd like to share the link from the options.
