Spaces are our virtual data rooms (VDRs) that let you organize and share content. You can create a Space from the Spaces page or from files or folders on the Content page.

Each account can create multiple Spaces, and you can generate multiple links to share the same Space as needed. The Spaces tab shows an overview of your Spaces, and selecting Team spaces from the dropdown displays Spaces created by your team.

Create a new Space

To create a new Space:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click Spaces in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Create Space or choose a template to get started.

By default, the Space title is named “Untitled”. You can rename it and add a subtitle at any time by clicking the title.

Once created, you can add content, customize the background and logo, and configure sharing settings. Learn how to manage content in a Space and how to customize a Space.

Spaces created within a team are visible to all team members, including the Space name and its content. The Space name will also be consistent across all links created for that Space.
