As an admin of a Dropbox team account, you can use branded sharing to add your organization’s logo and a background image on a file and folder level to links shared outside your team. When team members send shared links or direct sharing invitations, recipients will see the branding elements you’ve added.
How to set up branded sharing
To upload a logo and background image in the admin console:
- Log in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account, scroll to Branding.
- Click Manage next to Team logo to upload your organization’s logo.
- Click Manage next to Background image to upload an image that appears behind file or folder previews.
