How to change your billing cycle in Dropbox Sign

You can change your billing frequency from monthly to annually, and vice versa, in your account settings.

To change your billing cycle:
 
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select My Settings from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Click the Billing tab near the top of the screen.
  5. Scroll to Billing cycle and click Switch to annual or Switch to monthly.

Note: Only admins can view and change the billing information for a team. If you’re on a team plan but aren't an admin, you won’t see the option to update the billing information for your account.

How to change plans 

You can also switch to a different subscription in your account settings.

To change your plan:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select My Settings from the dropdown menu. 
  4. Click the Billing tab near the top of the screen.
  5. Scroll to Plan and check Change plan.

You’ll be prompted to choose a different plan from our pricing page.

After choosing a new plan, the change will be confirmed and the card on file will either be charged or refunded the difference of the subscription change.
