Troubleshoot issues uploading PDFs to Dropbox Sign

If you run into an issue when uploading a PDF to Dropbox Sign, export the document to a new PDF—even if your document is already in a PDF format. Once you've saved the new document, try uploading it to Dropbox Sign again.

For example, if you upload a PDF with highlighted text, sometimes the text below the highlight will be obscured by the highlight. Exporting the document to a new PDF should fix this issue.
