If your account already has an approved app, and you create a new app that uses the same codebase, please write in to support@hellosign.com with the approved client_id and the client_id of the new app.
Typically we'll be able to approve your new app without having to go through the app approval process again.
If you've changed the way you're collecting or verifying identity of the signer(s), or if you've added functionality to the implementation, we'll need to hold another app approval.
