When submitting a bug or issue, some information is required for us to properly troubleshoot the issue.
For any issues related to signature requests (embedded or non-embedded) please submit all relevant information including:

- summary of the issue
- steps to reproduce
- associated email address of the problematic account
- date and time of the signature request in question
- code snippet (if applicable)
- screenshots, screencasts or any other pertinent information
