When you sync your cloud service account to Dropbox Fax, we'll use whatever account you're signed into at the time. We don't check to make sure that the address you signed up for to Dropbox Fax is the same as on the cloud service you are syncing to.
If you accidentally synced the wrong account to Dropbox Fax, you can undo this by:
- Logging in and clicking on your email address in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click the Integrations tab at the top.
- Find the cloud service you're using and click the Deactivate button to the right.
- Then make sure you're logged into the account you wish to sync with in the same browser and re-activate.
