If you have a free Dropbox Sign account, not a free trial account, or you've never had a Dropbox Sign account before, you're eligible for a free trial of Dropbox Sign for Salesforce. To sign up and install, follow the instructions below:
- Create a Free Dropbox Sign account with the email you plan to use for your Salesforce application connection.
- Contact our Sales team to set up your free trial license for the Salesforce application add on. The add on is supported on both our Standard and Premium tier plans.
- Once your trial license is accepted and applied, you are ready to install the application in your Sandbox or Production environment.
- Go to the Salesforce AppExchange, search for Dropbox Sign then click Get it. Be sure to access the Salesforce AppExchange by going through your browser and not directly through your Salesforce account.
- Log into your Salesforce account or create a new account if you don't have one. In the next prompt, choose where you'd like to install the package: Sandbox or Production. Be sure all the required fields are filled out. Then click on Install.
- Choose which account you want Dropbox Sign to be installed for by selecting one of the options.
- Once installed, navigate to the App Launcher within Salesforce and select Dropbox Sign.
- In the Dropbox Sign settings menu click on Connect to log in with the account you created in Step 1 and you're ready to start setting up.
