The speed with which a fax is sent depends on a few things: the size of the document, where it's headed, and the recipient's fax machine. If your recipient is experiencing a high transmission volume at the time you send your fax, it can slow things down.
If your email notifications are turned on, our system will send you a confirmation email within a minute or two of your transmission's completion letting you know it finished or if it failed. If you're not getting those emails, check your spam folder.
