Why Dropbox Fax is showing as "On Hold"

Is your fax showing as On hold? Follow the steps below to send it.

  1. Log in to your Dropbox Sign account.
  2. Click Faxes in the left sidebar.
  3. Under the Drafts folder, locate the fax you'd like to send.
  4. Click the  to the right of the row, and click Continue editing.

Where can I find my faxes?

You'll be brought back to the document where you can make any additional edits, or enter the recipient's fax number to send the fax.

If you're sending a fax from a free account and your fax is on hold, try updating your billing information, since sometimes the fax is on hold due to the payment.
