Once a signature request has been completed, you can download the signed documents on app.sign.dropbox.com.
Download signed documents on app.sign.dropbox.com
To download signed documents on app.sign.dropbox.com:
- Log in to app.sign.dropbox.com.
- Click Documents in the left sidebar.
- Hover over “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) next to the signature request you’d like to download documents from.
- Click Download, Download PDF, Download as CSV, or Download Signed.
- If you choose Download or Download PDF, documents from that signature request will download to your computer’s Downloads folder (unless your computer’s default settings have been changed).
- If you choose Download as CSV, you’ll receive an email with a ZIP file containing a CSV file of response data from that signature request.
- If you choose Download Signed, you’ll receive an email with a ZIP file containing all signed documents from that signature request.
