DocSend offers the option to log in securely through Okta, OneLogin, or Entra ID via SAML 2.0. As an added layer of security, DocSend also supports SCIM for user provisioning with both Okta and OneLogin.

Okta

Okta provides a guide on how to configure SAML 2.0 for DocSend. Once you’ve followed the steps outlined in their article, contact our support team with the necessary information in our email response to you.

Entra ID

To set up Entra ID SSO login:
  1. Contact our support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.
  2. The DocSend Support team will provide you with your EntityID and Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) value. 
  3. In Entra ID, set the value of Identifier (Entity ID) and Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) that you received from DocSend Support team.

Important: Make sure to leave Login URL in Relay State and Logout URL as BLANK.
