Dropbox Sign team roles and permissions

There are 4 different roles for people in Dropbox Sign teams. They are:

Admin
Developer*
Member
Team manager

Your role determines what you have permission to see and do in Dropbox Sign. See the table below for a detailed list of permissions for each role.

Note: If you’re on a Dropbox Sign Premium plan and have multiple teams, each team has its own admins and team managers. Learn more about multi-team roles.

* API plans only

† Everyone in a Dropbox Sign team has this capability. However, admins can also manage on behalf of team members.
