Supported currencies in Dropbox DocSend

Overview

DocSend supports three currency types: British Pound £ (GBP), Euro € (EUR), and United States Dollar $ (USD). The currency will automatically be selected based on your browser’s primary language setting.

Important: Once an account is upgraded to a paid subscription or a card has been added to your billing page, the currency cannot be changed.

United States Dollar ($)

USD is the default currency when your primary language is set to English (United States) and all other languages outside of those associated with GBP and EUR currencies.

Important: The currency switcher is not visible for those with their primary browser language set to English (United States). 

Great British Pound (£) & Euro (€)

GBP and EUR currencies reflect at checkout when: 

  • Your primary browser language is set to English (UK).
  • Your primary language is from a European country that uses the Euro.

Users that have their primary language set to the above languages will be given the option to change their currency using the currency switcher located at the top right corner of the upgrade page.

Things to Consider

  • If you received a coupon code with a fixed dollar amount but are interested in subscribing with a different currency, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. 
  • Payments are refunded at the same rate they were charged.
