Outlook add-in requirements
The Dropbox DocSend Outlook add-in requires an Exchange-backed Outlook account to install and run properly. Supported environments include:
- Microsoft 365 or Exchange online
- Exchange server 2016 or later
POP and IMAP email accounts aren’t supported for Office add-ins in Outlook.
Some organizations may restrict or disable access Office add-ins through Microsoft admin settings or Exchange configurations.
