To merge an account:
- Click Accounts.
- Navigate to the account you’d like to merge.
- Click (more options).
- Select Merge into another account.
- Select the name of the account you’d like to merge.
Filtering accounts
- Active or Idle: You’ll be able to filter between active accounts, accounts that have recently received visits, and idle accounts that have not received any visits recently.
- All or Personal: You can also filter between all accounts across all internal DocSend users or just your own personal accounts.
Accounts page layout
On your accounts page, several tabs provide a quick overview of visitor activity, links, Spaces, and file requests.
Activity
Displays a comprehensive record of everyone who has accessed links within your account, including both Space and Content links.
Links
Contains all your Content links, Space links, and file request links in one place for easy management.
Spaces
Consolidates all Space links associated with your account, allowing quick access to export visit data or duplicate any Space.
File requests
Lists all your file request links, enabling you to quickly see how many files have been submitted.
