FAQs about ending support for Dropbox Forms

Dropbox Forms will be discontinued on September 30, 2025. You’ll no longer be able to access Dropbox Forms, create new workflows, or download existing workflows after this date.

Dropbox Forms will enter read-only mode on September 2, 2025. This means you’ll still be able to access, view, and download your data in Dropbox Forms, but you won’t be able to create, send, or fill new workflows or make any changes.

What steps do I need to take?

If you have completed forms that you’d like to keep from your Dropbox Forms account, make sure you export your data before September 30, 2025. You won’t be able to access any forms after this date.

Make sure all sent workflows are signed by September 1, 2025. Signers won’t be able to submit responses after this date.
