Dropbox Sign for Dropbox Login Troubleshooting

When you log in with Dropbox the first time, you might experience an error saying "We could not link your Dropbox Sign account because your Dropbox account is unverified. Please click here for instructions for confirming your Dropbox account." This error occurs if your email address is not verified in Dropbox.

To log in with Dropbox, you must verify your email address first:

  1. Log in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the General tab. 
  5. Next to your email address click Verify email.
  6. A pop up will appear directing you to send a verifying email to your email address.
  7. Once you receive the email in your inbox follow the link to verify.
