How to use Quick access on Dropbox
Updated Mar 12, 2025
This feature is available to all Dropbox users on dropbox.com.
With Quick access, you can organize your Dropbox files and folders into sections for easy access and retrieval.
What is Quick access?
Quick access allows you to organize files and folders into sections to quickly access them from the left sidebar on dropbox.com. These sections are private to you. Files and folders that you star will automatically be placed in a section named Starred.
Other people can’t see when you star a file, or how you organize sections in the Quick access tab. Rearranging files and folders in the Quick access tab doesn’t affect other people.
