DocSend tracks all visits to your links, including visits from unintended visitors forwarded to your link. You'll also receive a notification whenever someone accesses your link, letting you know someone has viewed your document in real time.
Best practices
- We recommend enabling Require email to view when creating your links. Whenever a visitor provides their email address, our systems will enrich the visitors' contact profile with any matching public information, including but not limited to social media, name, job title, email, profile description (if applicable).
