How to contact Dropbox DocSend support

This article describes a feature available to DocSend Personal, Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Data Room customers.

Your support options are available on the DocSend Support page. After you log in, you’ll see your available support options based on your plan and account type.

How to access your support options

To access your support options:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under the Personal tab, click Support.


How to request email support

Email support is available to customers on Personal, Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Data Room plans.

To contact DocSend support:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the Personal tab, click Support.
    • Note: If you’re on DocSend Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise, you’ll receive an email response within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).

How to request live chat support

Live chat support is only available for owners and account admins on Advanced and Advanced Data Room plans.

To request live chat support:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the Personal tab, click Support.
  5. Click the Request a chat button.
    • If you’re on DocSend Personal, Standard, Advanced, or Advanced Data Room, live chat support is available Monday-Friday, from 6:00am–5:00pm PST.

How to request phone support

Phone support is only available for owners and account admins on DocSend Standard, Advanced Data Room, and Enterprise plans.

Note: You must be logged in to your account to access phone support.

To request phone support:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the Personal tab, click Support.
  5. Select your country and enter a number that can be dialed directly.
  6. Click the Request a call button. A support agent will call you shortly.
    • If you’re on DocSend Standard, Advanced, or Advanced Data Room, phone support is available Monday-Friday, from 6:00am–5:00pm PST. If you need support outside of these times, visit the DocSend help center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
