How to contact Dropbox DocSend support

This article describes a feature available to DocSend Personal, Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Data Rooms customers.

Dropbox DocSend offers email, live chat, and phone support, but the supports you can access will depend on your plan and account.

How to request email support

Email support is available to customers on Personal, Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Data Rooms plans.

To request email support, submit a request using the form on the DocSend help center

Note: If you’re on a DocSend Standard, Advanced, Advanced Data Rooms, or Enterprise plan you’ll receive an email response within one to three business days (Monday—Friday).

How to request live chat support

Live chat support is only available for owners and account admins on Advanced and Advanced Data Rooms plans.

To request live chat support:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the Personal tab, click Support.
  5. Click the Request a chat button.
    • If you’re on DocSend Personal, Standard, Advanced, or Advanced Data Rooms, live chat support is available Monday-Friday.

How to request phone support

Phone support is only available for owners and account admins on DocSend Standard, Advanced Data Room, and Enterprise plans.

To request phone support:

  1. Log in to docsend.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the Personal tab, click Support.
  5. Choose your country and enter a number that can be dialed directly.
  6. Click Request a call. A support agent will call you shortly.
    • If you’re on DocSend Standard, Advanced, or Advanced Data Rooms, phone support is available Monday-Friday. If you need support outside of these times, visit the DocSend help center.
