How to access your support options
To access your support options:
- Log in to docsend.com.
- Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Personal tab, click Support.
How to request email support
Email support is available to customers on Personal, Standard, Advanced, and Advanced Data Room plans.
To contact DocSend support:
- Log in to docsend.com.
- Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right.
- Click Settings.
- On the Personal tab, click Support.
- Note: If you’re on DocSend Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise, you’ll receive an email response within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
How to request live chat support
Live chat support is only available for owners and account admins on Advanced and Advanced Data Room plans.
