How to manage your customers in Dropbox Shop

You can learn who’s purchased items from your Shop, how many orders they’ve placed, and how much they’ve spent in your Shop page. 

How to view your customers

1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
3. Click Shop from the list that appears. Dropbox Shop opens in a new tab.
4. Click the customers icon (two people) in the left sidebar.

You can see a list of the people who’ve purchased items from your Shop, as well as details about their purchases.
