How to manage your customers in Dropbox Shop

Dropbox Shop is currently a beta experience and is subject to additional terms.

You can learn who’s purchased items from your Shop, how many orders they’ve placed, and how much they’ve spent in your Shop page. You can also add, edit, and delete customers.

How to view your customers

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Shop from the list that appears. Dropbox Shop opens in a new tab.
  4. Click the customers icon (two people) in the left sidebar.

You can see a list of the people who’ve purchased items from your Shop.

How to add customers to your list

If a customer has purchased something from you on another platform, like Venmo, you can add their information to Shop manually. 

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Shop from the list that appears. Dropbox Shop opens in a new tab.
  4. Click the customers icon (people) in the left sidebar.
  5. Click Add in the top-right corner.
  6. Type the customer’s information.
  7. Click Save.

How to edit or delete customers from your list

You can edit or delete customer information from your Shop list. 

To edit customer information:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Shop from the list that appears. Dropbox Shop opens in a new tab.
  4. Click the customers icon (people) in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the “…” (ellipsis) next to the name of the customer whose information you’d like to update.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. Type the new information.
  8. Click Save.

To delete a customer from your list:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Shop from the list that appears. Dropbox Shop opens in a new tab.
  4. Click the customers icon (people) in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the “…” (vertical ellipsis) next to the name of the customer you’d like to delete.
  6. Click Delete. A confirmation pops up. 
  7. Click Delete to confirm your choice, or click Cancel to keep the customer information.
