Note: Dropbox Sign users on a Free plan can have up to 5 saved signatures at a time.

To create and save your signature on sign.dropbox.com:

  1. Log in to sign.dropbox.com.
  2. Hover over your email address in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Create a signature.
  4. Choose a method to create your signature by clicking the pencil, keyboard, or camera icon. You can draw or type your signature, or upload an image of your signature.
  5. Add your signature and click Select.

Once you’ve created your signature, it will be added to your saved signatures. You’ll be able to choose from your saved signatures whenever you sign a document.

When you self-sign a document on the Dropbox mobile app, you can create and save a signature by drawing, typing, or uploading a picture of your signature.
