What is the Dropbox App Center?
The information in this article applies to all Dropbox users.
The Dropbox App Center is an app directory, where you can discover and connect third-party applications to your Dropbox account all in one place.
To view the App Center, log in to dropbox.com, click the grid icon in the top-right corner, and click App Center from the menu that appears. You can click one of the app collections in the left sidebar to browse available apps, or use the search bar to find a specific app.
Connect an app
To connect an app:
- Log in to dropbox.com
- Click the grid icon in the top-right corner.
- Click App Center from the menu that appears.
- Click the name of the app you’d like to connect to.
- If you don’t see the app you’re looking for, use the search bar.
- Click Connect or Learn more.
Note: If you see a message saying “Not allowed by your team” when trying to connect an app, you’ll need to contact your admin to change your app connection settings.
Manage app settings or disconnect an app
To manage settings for an app:
- Log in to dropbox.com.
- Click the grid icon in the top-right corner.
- Click App Center from the menu that appears.
- Under Manage, click Connected apps.
- Click the app you’d like to manage.
- Click Manage or Disconnect.
- If you don’t see Disconnect, click Manage, then click Disconnect next to the account you’d like to disconnect.
Note: If you’re using a Dropbox team account and you don’t see an option to manage settings, your settings may be managed by your admin.
