How to set up the Dropbox Dash connector for Dropbox

The Dropbox Dash connector for Dropbox allows users to search for and receive answers about their content on Dash. Users can get answers to their queries directly from Dash or access their content on Dropbox, redirected from Dash results with a simple click. By setting up the Dropbox Dash connector for Dropbox, administrators enable the sync of all of an organization’s Dropbox contents with Dash.

How to connect Dropbox to Dropbox Dash

1. Log in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
2. Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
3. Click the arrow to expand the Dash menu options.
4. Click the More Apps tab, and click +Add next to Dropbox.
5. Click Start.
6. Click Allow in the pop-up to connect Dash to Dropbox.
7. Click Continue.

When your account has been authenticated, click Done. Your Dropbox content will start syncing immediately. This can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on how much content is in your account. Dash admins will receive an email when all content has been synced.
