The Dropbox Sign and Ironclad integration is available to customers on Dropbox Sign Standard or Premium.

You can use the Dropbox Sign and Ironclad integration to prepare and send documents without ever leaving Dropbox Sign. You can automatically name and save drafted and signed contracts to Dropbox.

Features included in the integration

  • Contracts can be routed through Dropbox Sign: Contracts can be sent for eSignature to two counter-parties using Dropbox Sign. Everyone involved receives email notifications prompting them to sign the contract, and can then confirm the agreement by executing the contract.
  • Creates a documentation trail: All signer activities are recorded into a dedicated repository for easy access and future reference.
  • Saves back to Dropbox Sign: Forms can be sent directly from Dropbox, and are automatically saved back to your Dropbox account.
