The information in this article applies to admins on Dropbox Dash for Business.

From the Protect and Control dashboard, you can export content to a CSV file. Each file follows a standard format that you can use for audits, analysis, reporting, or sharing insights.

You can export selected items or the full results of a filtered view.

Notes:

  • Use caution when sharing CSV files because they may contain sensitive metadata such as file names, owners, collaborators, link types, and permission levels.
  • We recommended that you only export results of a specific filtered set of criteria. We do not recommend exporting the entire results of PaC.
