How to download and install the Dropbox Dash mobile app

This article applies to Dropbox Dash users in select countries. If you don't see Dropbox Dash in the Google Play Store or App Store, it may not be available in your country.

You can use the Dropbox Dash mobile app on Android and iOS devices to view your Dash activity feed and browse your stacks, as well as search and ask questions about your content.

How to install the Dropbox Dash mobile app

Note: You can also access Dash on your mobile device by visiting dash.ai on your mobile browser.

To install the Dash mobile app:

Ensure your mobile device meets system requirements for the Dash mobile app.
Open the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
Search for Dropbox Dash.
Install the app.
Open the Dropbox Dash mobile app.
Log in with your Dropbox Dash account credentials.

Once you’ve installed the Dropbox Dash mobile app you can view recent activity, tap the search bar to start searching or asking questions about your content, and access your stacks.

How to manage settings in the Dropbox Dash mobile app

To access the Dropbox Dash mobile app settings:

Open the Dropbox Dash mobile app.
Tap your avatar (profile picture/initials) in the top left corner.
Tap Account in the left sidebar.
Select Settings.

Open the Dropbox Dash mobile app.
Tap your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top right corner.

From here you can report a bug, contact Dropbox Dash support, and check your app version, as well as access links to the help center, the Dropbox Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and your CCPA preferences.
