Dropbox Dash combines AI universal search and organization with universal content access control. You can use Dash by visiting dash.ai, with the desktop app, browser extension, and on your mobile device.

The Dash desktop app allows you to search all of your content, from any of your connected apps and your local files, as well as view and create Stacks, without needing to open external apps or your internet browser.
To download the Dash desktop app on Windows:
Once installed, the Dash desktop app can be launched by pressing control-shift-e and the quick search by pressing control-e.
To download the Dash desktop app on macOS:
Once installed, the Dash desktop app can be launched by pressing command-shift-e and the Dash quick search by pressing command-e.

The Dropbox Dash browser extension allows you to easily access Dash from any web page. From the extension you can search content across your connected apps, access and create Stacks, and use Dash Assistant.
The extension also allows you to open the Dash start page by default each time you create a new tab.
Note: The Dropbox Dash browser extension is only available on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari.
To set up the Dropbox Dash browser extension on Google Chrome:
You’ll see a confirmation message that the browser extension was added to Chrome.
To set up the Dropbox Dash browser extension on Microsoft Edge:
You’ll see a confirmation message that the browser extension was added to Edge.
To set up the Dropbox Dash browser extension on Safari:
Once the extension is installed, you’ll need to change your browser settings to use the Dash browser extension. To do so:
When you open a new tab in Safari, you’ll see the Dropbox Dash start page.
Note: Clicking Keep it (On Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) when first opening a new tab will accept Dropbox Dash as your new default tab. This will ensure that Dropbox Dash is seamlessly integrated into your workflow, giving you access to powerful search capabilities from wherever you work online.
