View visitor data analytics
The Space Analytics page displays all visitor analytics in one place. You can view and download the .CSV files for all visits to a Space (data room). There are three categories that you can use to keep track of your spaces (data rooms):
- Most visited links: You can use this to see who the top five visitors are, or view all visits from a specific link with the link filter.
- Most visited groups: Displays top five visitors, and can be filtered to see all visits from a particular group.
- Recent visits: Provides page-by-page visitation analytics.

New pages for Account Links and Groups
Account-based links and group-based links are now displayed on their own pages. Links and groups are displayed as a row with their own account names and group names.
Each link or group has the following columns, which can be used to filter and view specific links or groups more easily:
- Visits: Total number of visits to this document by all visitors.
- Visitors: Total number of visitors to this document.
- Downloads: Total number of downloads of this document by all visitors.
- Documents visited: Total number of documents visited by all visitors.
- Time spent: Cumulative time spent by all visitors.
All links and groups can be sorted, paginated, and expanded to provide additional information on specific visitors. Expanding columns for each visitor reveals data such as:
- Last seen
- Total time spent
- Total visits
- Total downloads
- Total documents visited
