This article describes a feature available to new Dropbox for teams customers in English-speaking countries. It’s currently only available to customers who’ve selected English as their preferred language.

You can now purchase multiple Dropbox subscriptions for your team in a single transaction on dropbox.com. You can now purchase all the Dropbox plans or products you need with one payment, and get a record of all your purchases in a single invoice. 

How do customers order multiple subscriptions?

New customers can go to dropbox.com/plans and begin by selecting Dropbox plans and Dropbox products

You can select the quantity of licenses needed for each one, and choose a billing period. You’ll have the option to review the entire order at checkout before you pay. 

How will this be billed and invoiced? 

Your order will be processed as a single transaction with one payment method and one charge. You’ll get a consolidated invoice that includes an itemized breakdown of each subscription, including: 

  • The name of the subscription
  • The number of licenses purchased 
  • The start date 
  • Pricing information 
  • Tax paid (if applicable)
  • The billing period 

How will purchasing multiple subscriptions benefit teams?

Purchasing multiple subscriptions at a time enables teams to: 

  • Save time and effort when ordering subscriptions

Yes, you can still buy additional licenses or products. Buying multiple subscriptions doesn’t prevent you from making purchases at a later date. 

What happens if I want a refund for one of the subscriptions?

If eligible, you can request a refund for an individual subscription despite ordering multiple subscriptions together. It will be processed as if the subscription was purchased on its own.
