New customers can go to dropbox.com/plans and begin by selecting Dropbox plans and Dropbox products.

Yes, you can still buy additional licenses or products. Buying multiple subscriptions doesn’t prevent you from making purchases at a later date.
If eligible, you can request a refund for an individual subscription despite ordering multiple subscriptions together. It will be processed as if the subscription was purchased on its own.
