This article describes a feature available to customers on DocSend.

The Shared with me feature allows you to view and manage all of your visited content in one place. Every data room you have visited or document you have opened is listed in the Shared with me tab so you don't have to keep track of each link separately. These features will enable you to collaborate more effectively and access shared content with ease.
 

How to access Shared with me

To access Share with me:

  1. Log in to docsend.com or create a new account.
  2. Click Shared with me in the left sidebar.

Links to your recently viewed data spaces and documents will be listed.
 

How to access Shared with me as a visitor

  1. Click on the link in your email to view shared DocSend content.
  2. Follow prompts to register and create a free user account.
  3. Verify your email.
  4. Log in to docsend.com.

You will have a view-only account that consolidates all links sent to you within Shared with me.

Expired links within Shared with me

"Expired" is displayed next to expired links in Shared with me. You can see the expiration date by hovering over the link. If a link has an upcoming expiration date, that date will be listed next to the link.

Note: If you need access to an expired link, contact the space owner for assistance.

Things to consider

  • Shared with me will only show links you visited using your email address to view. Any spaces you own will be still be stored under Spaces.
  • If a data space or document has been inactivated or deleted, it will not be shown in the list.
