How to change your email address on your Dropbox Sign account

To change the email address you use to log in to Dropbox Sign:

1. Log in to sign.dropbox.com.
2. Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Profile.
5. Click Change Email Address and add your new email.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.

If you see an error that states the email address you’d like to use already exists, then you’ll need to:

1. Log in to the account of the email address you’d like to remove, then delete that account.

2. Log back in to the account that you’d like to keep, then update to the new email address by following the instructions in the section above.
3. Check the inbox for your updated email address for a confirmation email.
4. Click Activate address in the confirmation email.
5. Enter your old email address and password.
