Important notes:

  • Postal requests take longer to process, especially if we don’t get all the necessary information. If your account is due for renewal, we encourage you to cancel online. If your account is renewed before we process your cancellation letter, these charges won’t be refunded.
  • Dropbox Sign accounts are not eligible for refunds.
  • Once you cancel your Dropbox Sign account, you can use it until the end of your current billing period. After this, it will be downgraded to a free account. You can still log in to access your signed documents, and use the free version of Dropbox Sign. If cancelling a trial, the account will be downgraded to a free account at the end of your 30-day trial and you won’t be charged for a subscription.
