How to cancel Dropbox Sign subscription online
- Log in to Dropbox Sign.
- Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top right.
- Select Settings.
- Click the Billing tab at the top.
- Click Cancel plan.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Dropbox Sign that your subscription has been successfully canceled, and you’ll no longer be billed.
How to cancel Dropbox Sign subscription by post
You can ask for your Dropbox Sign account to be canceled in two ways:
- Fill in this template and post it to the address below.
- If you don’t want to use our template, you can send us a letter to request cancelation. Include the following information:
- Your first name and surname
- Email address associated with your account
- If you don’t know it, include your preferred contact email address
- Full name on the credit card you use to pay for Dropbox Sign
- Last 4 digits of the credit card number
- Expiry date (mm/yyyy)
- Billing postcode
- Amount charged
- Date you were charged
