How to enable payments on Dropbox Shop

To enable payments and allow buyers to purchase your items, you’ll need to connect a payment processor to your Dropbox account. The first time you create a listing you’ll be prompted to connect a payment processor. If you skipped this step, follow the instructions below to connect a payment processor.

To connect a payment processor:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Click Shop from the menu that appears.
  4. Click Connect next to the payment processor you’d like to use, and follow the prompts.
