Why can’t I find my Dropbox billing information?

If you still can't find your billing information, check the following:

  • If you purchased your Dropbox subscription on a mobile device, you’ll need to update your billing information through Google Play or iTunes instead.
  • If you’re a team member on a Dropbox Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise account, you won’t be able to see your billing information. Only certain types of admins can see and change billing information.
  • If you‘re on a Dropbox Enterprise or Education team, or if you purchased through a reseller, you won’t see billing information in your account.
  • You may have accidentally signed in to a free Dropbox account that you didn't realize you had. To find the account associated with a charge on your credit card, use our credit card charge look up tool.

If none of the above apply and you still can’t find your billing information, contact support.
