How do I find a billing receipt or invoice?
The information in this article applies to all Dropbox users unless otherwise specified.
Dropbox issues receipts and invoices for all payments. If you pay by debit or credit card, payments will appear on your bank statement as DROPBOX*(transaction number).
If you have a yearly subscription, you’ll receive a receipt by email after each payment. Alternatively, follow the steps below to access your Dropbox receipt or invoice on dropbox.com.
