How do I find a billing receipt or invoice?

Dropbox issues receipts and invoices for all payments. If you make a payment by debit or credit card, it will appear on your bank statement as DROPBOX*(transaction number).

If you have an annual subscription, you’ll receive a receipt by email after each payment.

Dropbox Plus or Professional

You can access your invoices and receipts on dropbox.com. To do so:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your profile picture or grey icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Next to Plan, select the Billing tab.
  5. To see an invoice, click Invoice next to the desired transaction.
  6. To see a receipt, click Receipt next to the desired transaction.

If a transaction is missing from this list, you can look up a credit/debit card purchase to find your receipt.

Dropbox Business

If you're a team admin or billing contact of a Dropbox Business account, you can access invoices and receipts on dropbox.com. To do so:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin account.
  2. Click Admin console on the left side.
  3. Click Billing on the left side.
  4. Select the Billing information tab.
  5. To see an invoice, click Invoice next to the desired transaction.
  6. To see a receipt, click Receipt next to the desired transaction.

Why can’t I find a receipt or invoice?

If you’re on a Dropbox Business team and pay by manual invoice, your team admin receives your invoices directly via email.

If you’re on an Enterprise or Education account or on a team paying Dropbox through a reseller, you won’t see a Billing page

If you can’t find a receipt or invoice for a specific transaction, request a copy of your invoice by emailing us at invoices@dropbox.com.
