Dropbox issues receipts and invoices for all payments. If you pay by debit or credit card, payments will appear on your bank statement as DROPBOX*(transaction number).
If you have a yearly subscription, you’ll receive a receipt by email after each payment. Alternatively, follow the steps below to access your Dropbox receipt or invoice on dropbox.com.
You can access your invoices and receipts on dropbox.com. To do so:
If a transaction is missing from this list, you can look up a credit/debit card purchase to find your receipt.
Note: On a Dropbox Family plan, only the Family manager can access billing information.
Note: This only applies to teams paying by credit card, PayPal, or direct debit. If you pay by manual invoicing, you can’t edit information on a Dropbox invoice.
Certain types of admins can access invoices and receipts on dropbox.com. To do so:

If you purchased Dropbox through the Apple app store, you can view your purchase history to download a receipt.
If you purchased Dropbox through Google Play, you can view your order history to download a receipt.
You can print a Dropbox receipt or invoice if you’re an admin with billing access in your team’s Dropbox account, the manager of a Dropbox Family plan, or if you have a Plus, Professional, or Essentials account. Note: This only applies if you pay by credit card, PayPal, or direct debit.
To print an invoice or receipt:
For Dropbox team accounts paying by manual invoice, your designated billing contact will receive an invoice directly via email 24–48 hours after your renewal date.
