Troubleshoot template links in Dropbox Sign

If signers are getting an error that says your signature request is closed when they click your template link, make sure the link they’re trying to access is the correct link.

To check this:

  1. Log in to sign.dropbox.com.
  2. Select Templates in the left sidebar.
  3. Click My Templates on the dropdown menu.
  4. Click “” (vertical ellipsis) next to the template link you’d like to check.
  5. Click View info.
  6. Click Ways to sign in the right sidebar. The correct link will be listed under Shareable link.
