How to redeem the ASUS and Dropbox promotion

How to redeem the promotions on an ASUS computer
500 GB storage space promotion
To get an additional 500GB of storage space for six months on your ASUS computer:
- Click the Dropbox icon in your task bar to install Dropbox on your eligible ASUS computer.
- Sign up for a Dropbox account by filling out the details on this page. If you already have a Dropbox account, click Sign in.
- If your account is eligible, it will be granted the promotional space.
25% off Dropbox Plus membership
To get a code for 25% off your new Dropbox Plus membership:
- Click the Dropbox icon in your task bar to install Dropbox on your eligible ASUS computer.
- Sign up for a Dropbox account by filling out the details on this page. If you already have a Dropbox account, click Sign in.
- When you click Purchase new plan, you'll receive a discount code.
- Follow the prompts to redeem your code.
Notes:
- To redeem the 25% discount on a new Plus membership, you'll need to enter your credit card information. At the end of the six month trial period, your credit card will be billed automatically.
- You can only get 25% off your new Plus membership if you don’t already have a paid Dropbox plan.
FAQs about the ASUS and Dropbox promotion
How long is the promotion valid for?
- The additional 500GB of storage space is valid for six months from the date the promotion is redeemed.
- This promotion is not automatically redeemed upon purchase of your ASUS device.
- The 25% discount on your Dropbox Plus membership is valid for one year, or for 12 consecutive months if you sign up for monthly billing, from the date the promotion is redeemed.
Can I transfer my promotional space to another Dropbox account?
No, the promotional space is not transferable once it has been redeemed.
Why am I not eligible to redeem the promotion?
You won't be able to redeem the promotional space if:
- You’ve already redeemed a promotion on a ASUS device. You’re only eligible to redeem the same type of promotional deal once.
- For example, you can't redeem the ASUS promotion more than once, even if you buy multiple eligible ASUS devices.
- The Dropbox app wasn't pre-loaded on your device.
- You bought your device pre-owned or refurbished, and the previous owner redeemed the promotion associated with the device. Each device can only earn promotional space once.
- Your device is subject to country and retailer exclusions.
What happens when my promotional deal expires?
When your promotional deal expires, your Dropbox space limit will automatically return to what it was before the promotion was redeemed. For example, if you have a Basic account, your limit will return to 2 GB plus any space you've earned through referrals or other bonuses.
All your content will remain accessible, even if you’re over your space limit. If you're over your limit after expiration, you'll no longer be able to save new photos, videos, and docs to Dropbox. Terms of the Dropbox promotion for ASUS devices
For ASUS computers that have the Dropbox application pre-loaded, the promotion is available to the first user who meets the criteria defined above.
The promotion is for a single Dropbox personal plan account to receive, for six months from the date of redemption, an additional 500 GB of storage space in addition to the 2 GB of free storage space Dropbox offers to users with free accounts. The promotion is also for a single Dropbox personal plan account to receive a 25% discount off the purchase of a new Dropbox Plus plan.
Each user is only eligible for one promotion of each type for a single account. The promotion may not be available to users who have previously received a Dropbox promotion through the purchase of a non-ASUS device. When the promotional period ends, the promotional space added to the user's Dropbox service will be automatically removed.
Use of Dropbox is subject to the Dropbox Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other terms. Promotion not available in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, the region of Crimea, or any other country or region prohibited by law.
