Sign a Business Associate Agreement for your Dropbox team account

This information in this article applies to certain types of admins on Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise.
Dropbox team admins can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) directly through the Admin Console. To do so:
- Log in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin Console.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account, click Team profile.
- Under Advanced, click Set up BAA.
- Review and complete the agreement.
Notes:
- The ability to sign an electronic BAA via the Admin Console is available only to US-based customers.
- If your team signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), you can't enable reseller support.

How can I get a copy of my signed BAA?
Once you've signed the BAA, a copy downloads to your Dropbox account. If you need to download the agreement again:
- Log in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin Console.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account, click Team profile.
- Under Advanced, click Download BAA.
